How does pop up and paint work?
For $25, $35 or $45, guests enjoy a fun and relaxing painting class with their friends while sipping their favorite beverages. Our experienced and enthusiastic artists guide guests step-by-step to create their own works of art. At the end of the session, everyone gets to take home their custom paintings. We offer Celebrity Paint Nights, TRAP Art Parties, Paint Your Selfie/Pet, Male Model Paint Nights and other themed events.

What is a Franchise?
A continuing relationship in which we, Pop Up and Paint, provides a licensed privilege to the franchisee, you, to do business and offers assistance in organizing, training, merchandising, marketing and managing in return for a monetary consideration. Franchising is a form of business by which the owner (Pop Up and Paint) obtains distribution through affiliated dealers (you, franchisees).
Mobile vs Commercial
We offer our franchisees the opportunity to operate with either two business models 1) mobile and 2) commercial. Mobile franchises host their paint events in partnerships with bars, restaurants, venues and event spaces. They are even willing to travel to homes to host private events. Commercial franchises secure a commercial business space to operate. Commercial franchises usually offer a larger variety of services and offerings of paint events.
What is licensing?
A business arrangement in which, we, Pop Up and Paint gives another company/person permission to sell, use and/or distribute our products & systems for a specified payment. This option is ideal for those who want to run their own paint party business with their own art and business model using our systems and paint products under their own business name. Licenses are paid annually and are limited to certain areas within the United States.
