Reservations and Fees
Nonprofit organizations, residents of Jackson county and businesses may rent Pop Up and Paint for public and private events up to twelve times per year.
Nonprofit organizations will be charged $35 per two hours. Residents & Businesses will be charged $150 for one to four hours or $250 for four to eight hours. Fees include use of available audio/visual equipment and furnishings.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms may be reserved on a 12 month rolling basis. The completed reservation form and payment of all applicable fees must be received within thirty days of placing the reservation and no later than ten days prior to the meeting date.
The space can vary in size depending on arrangement, and equipment availability. Our space can accommodate a seated capacity of 60 to a standing capacity of 100 persons. Renters should estimate the number attending and specify setup and equipment needed when reserving the space.

Refreshments and Catering
Food may be served and outside catering services may be used at an additional charge of $25. Counters, fridge and freezer are available for use. No serving supplies are provided.
Admissions and Sales
Organizations using the space may not charge admission, but a free will donation may be requested. Limited sales are permitted, provided they are not the main purpose of the event. Permission to use the space does not imply endorsement of any organization’s goals or activities. All users must follow Pop Up and Paint rules and guidelines.
